Sam Somers


Sam has a vast experience in sports as both the athlete and the coach herself. Through her training years she was heavily involved in athletics, being a Scottish International pole vaulter and sprinter.
Throughout her training career Sam has learned the value that training brings to daily life and now wants to share that information and experience through her clients.
Also with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science and currently completing her Masters in Research, Sam understands the numerous factors essential in reaching your goal, whether that be in sports
performance, strength improvements, muscle building, or weight loss.
Her qualifications so far have allowed her to coach some of the city’s upcoming elite athletes at professional sports clubs, implementing effective strength and conditioning programmes for athletes
to progress in their careers.
