After years of struggling with her own unhealthy lifestyle and the low self-esteem that brings, Siobhan decided to make a positive change in her life by embarking on her fitness journey. This turned out to be a life changing decision as her passion for health, fitness and nutrition grew. Now a qualified personal trainer, Siobhan strives to make a positive impact on others’ lives.

Having spent years being overweight, Siobhan specialises in clients looking for weightloss. The experience gained through her own personal endeavour to become healthy gives Siobhan a great understanding in the process involved in changing your lifestyle.

1 session per week £160 per month

2 sessions per week £280 per month

Group PT (2-4 people)

1 session per week £100 per month per person

2 sessions per week £180 per month per person
